What do the abbreviations below the incident address mean?
These are the "Radio IDs" of agency units, such as engines, trucks, and ambulances assigned to the incident. There is no standard for these identifiers and they can vary greatly from agency to agency. Agencies may publish a Unit Legend that appears on the Agency Profile page below the agency description (see
example).
Colors and symbols
are used to indicate the current dispatch status of responding units, such as en route, or on scene.
