Notice: Changed or lost notification sound

We are aware of the issue affecting the custom incident notification sound on some Samsung devices. If you find that the PulsePoint custom incident notification sound has disappeared or changed to your device's default notification sound, please clear app data on your device and re-run PulsePoint. To clear app data, please follow these steps:
• Open your Settings app.
• Select Apps.
• Find the PulsePoint app and click on it.
• Click on Storage.
• Select Clear data.
