Medical incidents can be removed from the incident list and map by unchecking the 'Show Medical Incidents' setting in Preferences on the … More tab. This filter does not affect CPR-needed alerts. We also support suppressing Closed incidents if desired. Keep in mind that you can select just the incident types you want to be notified of on the Notifications tab.
