Medical incidents can be removed from the incident list and map by unchecking the 'Show Medical Incidents' setting in Preferences on the … More tab. This filter does not affect CPR-needed alerts. We also support suppressing Closed incidents if desired. Keep in mind that you can select just the incident types you want to be notified of on the
